Anthony & Debs

When we decided to buy a guest house, the concept of The Mercury came from our own passion of music. We wanted to create a music themed B&B with an informal and relaxed atmosphere for fellow music lovers. 

We have been involved with music & bands for over 40 years (Anthony - Bass, Debs - drums), and we have a large collection of memorabilia which we now proudly display.

Debs also does the occasional bit of acting work and has appeared in Corrie, Cold Feet, & Emmerdale to name a few so don’t be surprised if you see her arm in your favourite soap!
